>Where are the products shipped from?
All products are shipped directly from Malaysia and delivered to major cities in China via cold chain logistics.
> How long does delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance or local logistics conditions.
> What if there are problems with the received goods?
If you find obvious quality problems with the goods upon receipt, please contact our WhatsApp online customer service as soon as possible. We will provide you with corresponding after-sales assistance.
> Which payment methods are supported?
Currently, we support RMB (CNY) payments. Chinese users can complete the payment by scanning a QR code with WeChat. Other payment methods will be added gradually.
